Welcome to My Motorcycle Page
These are the finished pics of my Triumph T140D US special, its taken 5 years to restore mainly because I gave up for 4, not enough time ! but a concerted effort saw it back on the road in late 2009 missed the good weather !!
The bike was repatriated from the US with a low mileage of 8K showing, the whole lot was stripped down to every last nut and bolt.
Engine internals were ok due to low mileage, however I replaced, oil seals, piston rings, valve guides, main bearings, big end shells, primary chain & adjuster.
Frame powder coated by Redditch Shotblasting as well as countless other bits, a superb company to deal with.
All wheel bearings replaced (Just in case)

Next Project
Suzuki GT250B
I used to own one of these in 1979-80 and it was my second motorcycle after passing my test, so I have bought one in need of restoration.
I am looking for a good rear mudguard to finish the parts shopping.
