You may have come across these type of clocks being sold in Antique shops, and on internet Auction sites, it's about time someone pointed out that these are fairly poor reproductions that if you are lucky may work, most have been manufactured in the last twelve months in China and come in various shapes and disguises, one of the dead giveaways is the movement number 6472 and chunky cast brass bezels with thick bevelled glass usually hinged to the left. I suggest anyone who pays more than £100 for one of these has paid to much !!! If in doubt you are welcome to ask my advice.
